Universal Anti-keylogging PMs

Universal Anti-keylogging Protection Modules give you the power to control which applications to protect. You can add any application to the list of protected applications, and you only need to do this once as the application is automatically protected whenever you start it up.

Literally thousands of applications can be protected through Universal Anti-keylogging Protection Modules, which encrypt and scramble keystrokes at the driver level and decrypt them individually for each application.

Our recommendation is to protect any application that takes in usernames, passwords, credit card details, personal information, corporate information, and any data that may be of value to you or your organization.

Here are some example applications you might choose to protect using Universal Anti-keylogging Protection Modules:

  • Other browsers, such as Google Chrome and Apple Safari.
(e.g. protect yourself when you log in to your online email account and perform online banking).
  • Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Onenote, etc.
(e.g. protect against hackers from spying on your emails, documents and company data).
  • OpenOffice suite of applications.
(e.g. protect against hackers from spying on your documents, and personal and company data).
  • Modeling and development tools, such as Enterprise Architect and the Java-based Eclipse IDE.
(e.g. protect your source code and design details).
  • Communication applications, such as Skype.
    (e.g. protect your chat sessions).
  • Accounting software, such as Quickbooks accounting software.
(e.g. protect your financial information, username and password).
  • Database applications, such as Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
(e.g. protect your SQL queries and the data you into your database).
  • Network-related applications, such as Putty.
(e.g. protect your username and password when you log in to remote servers).
  • Entertainment-related applications, such as Apple iTunes.
(e.g. protect your username and password when you log in to the iTunes Store).
  • Other applications, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
(e.g. protect your edits and comments from prying eyes).

You are not restricted to the above list of applications, which are only examples of what applications can be protected.

Now there is no need to wait for anyone to protect that new application you just installed.

Universal Anti-keylogging PM Types

We release several types of Universal Anti-keylogging Protection Modules, such as "Universal A", "Universal B", and "Universal C". Some applications are better suited for protection by a particular type of Universal Anti-keylogging Protection Module.

In general, any Universal Anti-keylogging Protection Module can be used to protect an application. However, there may be edge cases where one Universal Protection Module is more suited than another. For example, for some applications with plugins that receive keyboard input, only some Universal Protection Modules are capable of decrypting the encrypted keystrokes from the CoDefender driver. In cases where the Universal Anti-keylogging Protection Module is not entirely compatible with an application, the keystrokes will appear scrambled. If this happens, try to use a different Universal Protection Module.
