Latest Release: Version 1.2.281
Release Date: 24 June 2009
Installation Notes
- CoDefender software comes with a keyboard filter driver that protects your
keystrokes from keyloggers. CoDefender installation will only install the
driver for a USB/PS2 port that has a keyboard attached. Prior to running
setup, you may plug in multiple keyboards and multiple drivers will be
installed accordingly. If you decide to use a USB port that does not have the driver
installed, you will need to re-install CoDefender software after a keyboard is
inserted into this port.
- Microsoft® .NET Framework 2.0 will be downloaded and installed if it is
not already available on your system. On Windows Vista®, .NET Framework is
available by default.
- If your firewall asks you for permission for the
CoDefender program, please choose to allow access and set the firewall to
permanently remember the settings.
- At the end of installation, CoDefender software tries to avoid a
machine reboot if possible. It will inform you if a reboot is required.
