Installation Notes

1. CoDefender software comes with a keyboard filter driver that protects your keystrokes from keyloggers. CoDefender installation will only install the driver for a USB/PS2 port that has a keyboard attached. Prior to running setup, you may plug in multiple keyboards and multiple drivers will be installed accordingly. If you decide to use a USB port that does not have the driver installed, you will need to re-install CoDefender software after a keyboard is inserted into this port.
2. Microsoft® .NET Framework 2.0 will be downloaded and installed if it is not already available on your system. On Windows Vista®, .NET Framework is available by default.
3. If your firewall asks you for permission for the CoDefender program, please choose to allow access and set the firewall to permanently remember the settings.
4. At the end of installation, CoDefender software tries to avoid a machine reboot if possible. It will inform you if a reboot is required.
